atha (21) vitarkaḥ-
ūho vitarkaḥ sandeha-vimarṣa-pratyayādibhiḥ |
janito nirṇayāntaḥ syād asatyaḥ satya eva vā | 72
tatrānubhāvāḥ syur amī bhrū-śiraḥ- ksepaṇādayaḥ ||

Now (21) deliberation (vitarka):
Deliberation is conjecture (ūha), caused by doubt, contemplation, apprehension, and the like,
ending in a conclusion, whether false or true. 72
The consequents in this case are: moving the eyebrows and head, and the like.
