vadhena śatru-viṣaya-krodho, yathā-
kṛtam anumataṃ dṛṣṭaṃ vā yair idaṃ guru-pātakaṃ
manuja-paśubhir nirmaryādair bhavadbhir udāyudhaiḥ |
naraka-ripuṇā sārdhaṃ teṣāṃ sabhīm akirīṭinām
ayam aham asṛṅ-medo-māṃsaiḥ karomi diśāṃ balim ||
Anger directed toward an enemy caused by slaughter, as in:
"By whomever this great sin was committed, approved, or witnessed—
by you who are human beasts, devoid of bounds, weapons raised—
together with the enemy of Naraka, along with Bhīma and Kirīṭin,
I here will make of their blood, fat, and flesh an offering to the directions!"
