atra vipralambhasya kāraṇāntara-nirāsena ko' yaṃ vidhir iti vidheḥ kāraṇatvābhiprāyeṇa divya-sambhrama-janitatvaṃ pratīyate |

Here, by the dismissal of other causes of love-in-separation and the intention that destiny is the cause in [the words] “what sort of destiny is this?”, it is understood to be born of divine agitation.
