2.98

yathā-
āśūtthānaṃ sadṛśa-gaṇanā cetanācetaneṣu
prauḍhauṣmābhiśvasitam asakṛn nirgato bāṣpa-pūraḥ |
nirlakṣyā vāg gatir aviṣayā nirnimittaṃ smitaṃ ca
prāyeṇāsyāḥ prathayatitarāṃ bhrānti-dātrīm avasthām ||

As in: / Rising up quickly, counting the conscious and unconscious as the same, / repeatedly sighing with intense heat, an outpouring of tears flowing out, / aimless speech, uncontrolled movement, and a causeless smile: / these mostly reveal her condition that produces delusion to an extraordinary degree.
