keṣāṃcid eṣām aṅgānāṃ vikalpaṃ kecid ūcire |
mukhādi-sandhiṣv aṅgānāṃ kramo' yaṃ na vivakṣitaḥ ||

Some [authorities] have declared an option with respect to certain of these sub-divisions;
