nipatanti dhārtarāṣṭrāḥ kāla-vaśān medinī-pṛṣṭhe ||
Having handsome wings, sweet of voice, having brightened the directions, arrogant in their actions through intoxication,
the Dhārtarāṣṭra swans fall to the surface of the earth under the influence of time.
