With fine wings [or: good allies], of sweet voice, having adorned the quarters [or: with desires fulfilled], their undertakings haughty with pride,
the Dhārtarāṣṭras [geese / sons of Dhṛtarāṣṭra] fall to the surface of the earth under the power of time [or: autumn / death].

atra pūrvoktasya suyodhanādi-nipātasya haṃsa-pātatvena vyākhyānād idam avasyanditam |
