aṅkas tu pañcaṣair dvitrair aṅgino' ṅgasya vastunaḥ |
rasasya vā samālamba-bhūtaiḥ pātrair manoharaḥ | 204
saṃvidhāna-viśeṣaḥ syāt tatrāsūcyaṃ prapañcayet ||

|| 203 / An act, moreover, is an attractive particular arrangement / with five or six, or two or three, characters who serve as supports / for the principal or subordinate plot or sentiment; there, one should amplify that which is not to be merely indicated. || 204
