tadūrdhve kampamekāṃśaṃ kandharaṃ tatsamaṃ bhavet
tadūrdhve vājanaṃ cāṃśaṃ kandharoccaṃ guṇāṃśakam

above that, the fillet is one part, and the neck should be equal to that; / above that is an upper fillet of one part, and the height of the neck is three parts;
