kumudoccaṃ yugāṃśaṃ syātkampamekena kārayet
kandharaṃ ca dvibhāgaṃ syātkampamaṃśena yojayet

The height of the torus should be four parts; one should make a fillet of one part; / the necking should be of two parts; one should join a fillet of one part;
