dvibhāgaṃ paṭṭikottuṅge padmamaṃśamaṃśaṃ vājanam
tasmādekāṃśamādhikyaṃ sārdhayugmaṃ tu pādukam
Two parts in the height of the fillet-band, the lotus one part, and the fillet one part; / with an increase of one part beyond that, the plinth-foot is two and a half parts.
