tāṭivaktraṃ sapādaṃ syāttuṅge prāguktavannayet
sarvālaṅkārasaṃyuktaṃ yuktyā tatraiva yojayet
The face of the lower band should be one and a quarter [measuring rods], and in height one should make it as previously stated; / endowed with all embellishments, one should suitably apply it right there.
