dvyaṃśaṃ mṛṇālakottuṅgamekāṃśenordhvakandharam
tadūrdhve kṣepaṇaṃ kuryātpadmaṃ tu tatsamaṃ bhavet
The height of the lotus-stalk is two parts; the neck above is one part; / above that one should make a projection; the lotus should be equal to that.
