dārusaṃgrahaṇaṃ paścāttrimāsāntaṃ jale kṣipet
kṣālayitvā parigrāhyaṃ takṣakeṇa vidārayet
After gathering the timber, one should submerge it in water for three months; / having washed and retrieved it, it should be split by the stonecutter-carpenter.
