prāguktavatpragṛhyaṃ tu kuryātpañcatalaṃ budhaḥ
caturviṃśāṃśakaṃ tuṅge sātyardhāṃśamasūrake

Adopting [them] as stated before, the wise [architect] should construct the five-storeyed [building]. / In a height of twenty-four parts, one and a half parts are for the plinth base;
