sarvaṃ yogyaṃ dvijātīnāṃ surāṇāṃ ca viśeṣataḥ
bhūpānāṃ tadviśāṃ śūdraiḥ prāguktakramato bhavet
All [sites] are suitable for the twice-born, and especially for the gods; / for kings, then Vaiśyas, and Śūdras, [suitability] follows in the order previously declared.
