aṣṭamekaikapaṅktiḥ syādaśvānāṃ nilayānvitam
kauśikaṃ maṇḍapaṃ proktaṃ śeṣaṃ yuktyā prayojayet
Each row should have eight [stalls], endowed with an abode for horses; / it is declared as the Kauśika pavilion hall; the rest he should apply by reasoned judgment.
