prāsādavadalaṅkṛtya cādhikālaṅkṛtaṃ tu vā
bāhyaṃ cālayavad bhūṣyaṃ maṇḍapāntamitīṣyate
it should be ornamented like the temple, or even more ornamented; / the exterior should be decorated like the shrine; this is desired for the interior of the pavilion hall.
