grāhavṛścikacāpasya prāgudagdiśi rālayam
na kuryādekaśālāśca śubhamanyaiḥ puroktavat

for Capricorn, Scorpio, and Sagittarius, a house in the northeast direction [is auspicious]. / One should not make single-winged halls [otherwise]; [built] by others as previously stated, they are auspicious.
