tattatpaścimadeśe tu yuddhālokanamaṇḍapam
āruhyāvalokanārthaṃ kuryādyuktyā ca maṇḍapam
To the west of each respective place, a pavilion for viewing fights; / having ascended, for the sake of viewing, one should make the pavilion hall with skill.
