viśāle tu guṇāṃśaṃ vā dvyaṃśādhikāyataṃ tathā
tasmāddhīnādhikaṃ caitatsarvadoṣasamudbhavam
or the length should exceed [the width] by one-third or two-thirds of the width; / any [measurement] smaller or greater than this is the source of all flaws.
