toraṇodayapādaṃ tu pādārdhādhikodayam
evaṃ vṛkṣasya tuṅgasya āsanasyopari nyaset
The height of the trunk [is equal to] the height of the archway, or increased in height by half a pillar; / one should thus place the tall tree above the throne-seat.
