itthaṃ vedaiḥ purāṇaiḥ sakalamunivarairmānasārādimukhyaiḥ
vidvadbhidvaḥ śilpaśāstrairapi ca yaduditaṃ śāstratantraṃ prakuryāt
Thus, according to what has been declared by the Vedas, the Purāṇas, all foremost sages headed by Mānasāra, / and by learned men through the architectural treatises, one should perform the procedure of the treatises.
