pārṣṇikaṃ paṭṭakaromaṇḍaleśasya paṭṭabhāk
eteṣāṃ mahiṣībhyāṃ ca dhammillamakuṭāhṛtam
The pārṣṇika wears a coronet (paṭṭaka), and the maṇḍaleśa is a paṭṭabhāk; / for the chief queens of these, the bun-shaped crown (dhammillamakuṭa) is prescribed.
