evaṃ tu nṛpamadhye tu galapaṭṭopari nyaset
sarveṣāṃ bhūpatīnāṃ ca mahiṣīṇāṃ ca yogyakam
Thus, in the center for a king, one should place [these] above the neck-band; / it is suitable for all rulers of the earth and for [their] queens.
