paṭṭabandhasya nṛpateḥ puṣpapaṭṭe tadardhakaiḥ
anyeṣāṃ bhūpatīnāṃ ca mūrdhni mālāṃ ca bandhayet
For a king who has assumed the fillet, it is made of half of that flower-band. / For other rulers of the earth, one should tie a garland upon the head.
