pade sarveṣu madhye tu sṛṣṭyarthamiti rūpakam
evaṃ pitāmahaṃ dhyātvā padmasiṃhāsanopari

in the middle of all the plots, as the form for the sake of creation; / meditating thus upon the Grandfather [Brahmā] upon a lotus lion-throne;
