dravyāṇi kṣipya dadyāttvasavyahastena mantravit
sakalīkaraṇaṃ kṛtvā puṇyāhaṃ vācayettataḥ

The knower of mantras should cast and give the materials with his right hand. / Having performed the ritual sanctification (sakalīkaraṇa), he should then recite the auspicious-day blessing (puṇyāha).
