tasya sūtrāntatatpūrve hastaṃ taddvāra madhyame
evaṃ dakṣiṇato dvāraṃ taddhi vārau yathoktavat
To the east of that cord's end, [offset by] one cubit, lies the centre of that gate; / likewise the southern gate is [positioned] according to the rules for those two gates.
