yatra rathyāgramūle vā madhye vā cāntarālake
uktasthāne'thavā kuryādatha devālayaṃ tathā

Wherever at the beginning or base of a street, in the middle, or in the recess space, / or in the prescribed spot, one should construct the temple of the deity;
