evaṃ caturmukhaṃ proktaṃ śūdrāṇāmeva yogyakam
mukhyagehapradeśāntaṃ vistārāyāma kalpayet

Thus the Caturmukha is taught, suitable indeed for Śūdras. / One should arrange the width and length up to the area of the principal houses.
