vaiṣṇavyāścātha cāmuṇḍā ālayaṃ kārayedbudhaḥ
tasmāddūre tu deśe ca caṇḍālakuṭikānvitam
the wise [architect] should cause the shrine of Vaiṣṇavī and of Cāmuṇḍā to be built. / Far from that region, [an area] provided with the huts of Caṇḍālas [should be built].
