9.81

snānapānādikaṃ yogyaṃ taḍākaṃ kalpayettataḥ
śeṣaṃ tu śāstramārgeṇa kārayecchilpivittamaḥ

Then one should construct a reservoir suitable for bathing, drinking, and the like. / The rest, indeed, the foremost artisan-architect should cause to be made according to the rules of the treatise.
