grāme cāyatavitārau same cetkalpayetsudhīḥ
āyādhikaṃ yathā grāme nandanandapadaṃ bhavet
If the length and width in a village are equal, the wise [architect] should design it [thus]. / Where the length is greater in a village, it should be the eighty-one-square grid.
