śrīvatsaṃ svastikaṃ śaṅkhedīpaṃ devāṣṭamaṅgalam
sthāpakasyānuśiṣyastān sthapatiḥ kramaśo nyaset
the śrīvatsa, the svastika, the lamp on a conch—the eight auspicious symbols of the deity; / the master builder, guided by the preceptor, should deposit them in order.
