rājadvāre bhaved garbhamanyeṣāṃ tuyathārhakam
vārṣṇeyakānāṃ garbhaṃced vijayadvāradakṣiṇe

this shall be the foundation deposit at the royal doorway; and for others according to their status. / If there is a foundation deposit for the descendants of Vṛṣṇi, [it should be placed] to the south of the victory doorway:
