mūle śeṣaṃ yugāśraṃ syāccitrakhaṇḍaṃtaducyate
tadevāṣṭāśrakaṃ madhyapaṭṭaṃśrīkhaṇḍamucyate

the remainder at the base should be square; that is called a Citrakhaṇḍa. / When that same middle fillet is octagonal, it is called Śrīkhaṇḍa;
