kumbhocchraye navāṃśe dhṛgbhāgena caturaṃśakaiḥ
kamalaṃ kaṇṭhamaṃśena bhāgenāsyaṃ prakīrtitam

When the height of the vase-capital is nine parts, the support is one part, the lotus four parts, / the neck is one part, and the mouth is stated to be one part;
