tadevāyatavṛttaṃ ced vedikākandharaṃ śiraḥ
sarvāvayavasaṃyuktametad gāndhāramiṣyate
If that same [type has] an oblong-circular altar platform, neck, and head, / endowed with all architectural members, this is considered to be Gāndhāra.
