kṣudrālpānāṃ tusālānāṃ bhittirhastapramāṇataḥ
sārdhahastāvadhiryāvat pūrvavad vardhayet kramāt

For minor and small enclosure walls, the wall is from the measure of one cubit / Up to the limit of one and a half cubits; one should increase it gradually as before;
