vyāse paṅktyarkabhāge tupārśvayoḥ pṛṣṭhatastuvā
vāramekāṃśataḥ kuryād dvyaṃśaṃ gehaviśālakam
When the breadth is ten or twelve parts, either on the two sides or at the rear / one should make a gallery of one part, and the house width of two parts.
