tatra dravyairanyairutkṛṣṭairvānavaistughaṭaiḥ
āyādyathocitaṃ tadvistāroccādibhistvalaṅkāryaiḥ

[should be repaired] there with other materials, superior or new elements; / with income and other [astrological formulas] as appropriate, and adorned according to its width, height, and other [proportions].
