4.16

ahna ādau parīkṣeta taṃ kūpaṃ sthapatirbudhaḥ
sāvaśeṣaṃ jalaṃ dṛṣṭvā tad grāhyaṃ sarvasampade

At the beginning of the day, the wise master builder should examine that pit: / seeing water remaining, it is to be accepted for all prosperity.
