6.13

dhanuḥkumbhe ṣaḍaṅgulyaṃ makare'ṣṭāṅgulaṃ tathā
chāyāyā dakṣiṇe vāme nītvā sūtraṃ pracārayet

in Sagittarius and Aquarius, by six digits; and in Capricorn, by eight digits.
Having shifted it to the right or left of the shadow, one should extend the cord.
