kṛtopavāsaḥ sthapatiḥ prabhote viśuddhadeho'vikalaṃ gṛhītvā
viśeṣasāmānyabaliṃ surāṇāṃ yathoktanītyā vidadhīta samyak
Having observed a fast, his body purified at dawn, having gathered [the items] without omission,
the master builder should properly make the specific and general offerings to the gods according to the prescribed rule.
