pāpā balinaḥ svabhāgagāḥ pārakye vibalāśca śobhanāḥ |
lagnaṃ ca viyonisaṃjñakaṃ dṛṣṭā'trāpi viyonimādiśet ||
When malefics are strong in their own divisions and benefics are weak in the divisions of others, / and the ascendant is designated non-human, one should likewise predict a non-human birth if [the ascendant is] aspected [by malefics].
