atha vyadikajananayogaḥ |
dhanurdharasyāntyagate vilagne grahaistadaṃśopagatairbaliṣṭaiḥ |
jñenārkiṇā vīryayutena dṛṣṭe santi.prabhūtā āpi kośasaṃsthāḥ ||

Now, the yoga for multiple births:
When the last navāṃśa of Sagittarius is rising, and the planets situated in that navāṃśa are very strong,
and aspected by Mercury and Saturn possessing strength, there are indeed many born in the womb.
