18.8

ukteṣu rāśīsū gatasya vighoḥ sa bhāvaḥ syājjanmakālabhavamūrtighanādibhāvaḥ |
tattatpravṛddhikṛdasau kethito narāṇāṃ tadrāvahānikṛdayetararāśisaṃsthaḥ ||

In whichever house the Moon falls among the signs mentioned at the time of birth, whether the physical self, wealth, or other house,
it is said to cause the flourishing of that particular house for men; stationed in any other sign, it causes the ruin of that house.
