When [the Moon] is in Leo, he has large eyes, a handsome face, deep gaze, and is happy; / when in Virgo, he is eager for worldly pleasures, of charming speech, highly learned, and an enjoyer. / When in Libra, he is devoted to the worship of gods and brāhmaṇas, dear to kinsmen, and wealthy; / when the Moon is in Scorpio, he is intoxicated at heart, sickly, greedy, and a wanderer.
