lagnādhipasya gṛhapo śatrukheṭastatpākabhuktisamaye gṛhabhūmināśam |
yaneśabhuktisamaye nijabandhuhāniḥ śānyāramāndiyutabhuktiranarthahetuḥ ||

If the lord of the house of the ascendant lord is an enemy planet, during the sub-period of its period there is destruction of house and land; / during the sub-period of the lord of vehicles, loss of one's own kinsmen; and a sub-period conjunct Saturn, Mars, or Māndi is a cause of misfortune.
